Q: Should I need to vacuum before the carpet crew arrive?
A: No, a vacuum is included in any carpet cleaning Roland’s Cleaning offer

Q: What’s considered as an area?
A: Usually any area up to 300 square feet (15x20)

Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We recommend the customer to have all items in place so the crew could just start work. However, we understand some customers aren’t able to. Call upon request.

Q: Do you guarantee all stain, or spots will be removed from my carpet?
A: We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this.

Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
A: Most of our customers are not. For security, only the staff who clean your home have access to the keys. For added security, keys are coded individually.An alternate way would be for you to hide your key, or provide it in a lock box. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may be subject to a lockout fee.

Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?
A: Contact us immediately and we will try to resolve any of your complaints.

Q; Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. We work very hard to keep long-standing customers. However we do offer contracts. Different seasons become very busy and to ensure you top service, we encourage contracts.
